Meet The Founder

Where thoughtful living meets thoughtful execution.

My name is Pam Hroza and I believe the greatest luxury is an easier life.

A life where your home feels welcoming, your travels feel effortless, your celebrations are memorable, and the details are thoughtfully handled—so you have more time to enjoy what matters most.

Handled is the natural intersection of everything I've spent a lifetime doing.

For more than two decades in marketing and leading consumer experience initiatives for a Fortune 500 brand, organization, creativity, strategic thinking, and flawless execution were part of every day. An entrepreneurial spirit has run through my life just as long—always drawn to building something new, seeing possibility where others saw complexity, and figuring out how to make it work.

Living abroad shaped that perspective in ways a single career never could. Experiencing some of the world's most influential cities and cultures firsthand gave me a distinct sense of style and taste—an eye for what makes a space, an experience, or a life feel considered rather than generic.

But my greatest inspiration has always come from the life I've built outside of work.

I've designed and furnished custom homes, and planned and styled countless celebrations and restaurant-worthy dinner parties. Worked alongside talented designers, stylists, photographers, and creative agencies. And for years, I've been the person friends, family, and colleagues call when they need a trusted recommendation, a fresh perspective, or someone to simply make everything come together.

Handled was born from that lifelong instinct.

Today, I combine strategic thinking with creative vision—and a trusted network of carefully vetted specialists—to help clients create homes, experiences, and routines that feel effortless, beautiful, and uniquely their own.

Because I've lived the version of life that feels handled—and I want that for you too.

Our Philosophy

Handled is more than a concierge service. We're a trusted lifestyle management partner—here because you shouldn't have to manage every detail yourself.

It's not the work itself that becomes exhausting over time. It's carrying the responsibility for all of it—the planning, the coordinating, the remembering, the endless decisions that quietly fill our days.

Whether we're refreshing your home, planning your travels, organizing your wardrobe, or managing everyday priorities, our work has never really been about checking tasks off a list. It's about replacing mental clutter with quiet confidence.

Because when the details are thoughtfully handled, there's more room for what matters most.
