2.2  Publicity and Testimonials.  Public or marketing use of a client’s name, recognizable image or likeness, testimonial, project materials, or other identifying information is governed by the applicable client agreement or another written authorization. This Privacy Policy does not independently grant the Company permission to make such use.

  1. Cookies and Similar Technologies.  The Site and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand Site use, improve performance, protect security, and, if implemented, measure or personalize marketing. Some technologies are necessary for Site operation; others may be controlled through a cookie-management tool or browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

3.1   Analytics and Advertising.  The Company may use analytics providers to help understand Site traffic and performance. If the Company later uses advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or retargeting, this Policy and any applicable cookie controls will be updated to describe those practices and available choices before or when they are implemented.

3.2   Do Not Track and Opt-Out Signals.  Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a uniform industry response to that signal, the Site may not respond to it. If applicable law requires the Company to recognize a legally valid universal opt-out preference signal, the Company will do so as required.

  1. How We Disclose Personal Information.  We may disclose personal information as follows:

4.1   Service Providers.  To providers that perform services for the Company, such as website hosting, forms, scheduling, client-management systems, payment processing, email delivery, cloud storage, communications, analytics, security, accounting, legal, and insurance services. 4.2   Vendors and Other Parties Fulfilling Requests.  At your direction or as reasonably necessary to perform requested services, we may disclose relevant information to retailers, contractors, travel providers, venues, carriers, installers, household service providers, professional advisers, and other vendors. A recipient acting independently may process information under its own privacy policy and terms.

4.3  Legal, Safety, and Rights Protection.  We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; enforce agreements; detect or prevent fraud or security incidents; or protect rights, safety, and property.

4.4  Business Transactions.  Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, dissolution, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where practicable.

4.5  With Consent or Direction.  We may disclose information to another person when you consent, direct us to do so, or intentionally use a feature that requires the disclosure.

4.6  No Sale for Money.  The Company does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If future analytics or advertising technologies constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, the Company will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanism before or when those practices are implemented.

4.7  Aggregated or Deidentified Information.  We may use and disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, subject to applicable law.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links.  The Site may link to or integrate with third-party scheduling tools, payment processors, maps, social media, embedded content, or other services. Those parties may collect information directly from you and may use cookies or similar technologies. Their privacy policies and terms govern their practices, and the Company is not responsible for services it does not control.

  2. Your Choices and Requests.  You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained by the Company by contacting us using Section 12. Depending on the information, relationship, location, and applicable law, the Company may need to verify your identity and may retain information needed for contracts, transactions, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business records.

6.1   Marketing Choices.  You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Consent to marketing text messages, if offered, will be governed by the disclosure presented when you enroll and may be withdrawn through the stated opt-out method.

6.2  Cookie Choices.  You may manage cookies through any Site cookie-management tool and through browser settings. Your choices may be device- or browser-specific and may not affect technologies that are necessary to operate or secure the Site.

6.3  State Privacy Rights.  Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable law, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, profiling, targeted advertising, or sharing. The availability of a right depends on whether the applicable law covers the Company and the particular processing. Requests may be submitted using Section 12, and the Company will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

  1. Data Retention.  The Company retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including while evaluating or providing services and thereafter as needed for business records, taxes, accounting, insurance, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement. Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the relationship, and legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, the Company may delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it.

  2. Security.  The Company uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information in its possession or control. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send full payment-card numbers, account passwords, alarm codes, entry instructions, or other access credentials through an ordinary contact form, email, or text message.

  3. Children.  The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to individuals under eighteen. The Company does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information directly through the Site from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us so that the Company can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Information relating to a minor that is provided by an adult client in connection with the services is governed by the applicable client agreement, this Policy, and applicable law.

  4. Visitors Outside the United States.  The Company and the Site are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where the Company’s service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy protections than your location. Any additional transfer mechanism required by applicable law will depend on the actual processing and service providers used.

  5. Changes to This Privacy Policy.  The Company may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Site, services, information practices, or law. The revised Policy will be posted with an updated Effective Date and will apply prospectively. If a change materially expands the use or disclosure of personal information previously collected, the Company will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
